Congratulates the employees of the Hanover Township Senior Center on receiving Nationally Accredited Senior Center designation from the National Institute of Senior Centers in July 2012

Recognizes the center as the first township-run senior center and only the 6th center in Illinois to achieve accreditation

Acknowledges the center's programs in education, fitness, arts, recreation, travel, and volunteer service that have enriched and empowered seniors

Honors the center's role in facilitating dignity, self-esteem, and continued community contributions among seniors

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the Hanover Township Senior Center as a symbol of esteem and respect
