James Earl Rencher passed away on July 7, 2012; he was born on August 13, 1949, to parents J.W. and Louise Rencher.

Served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971.

Worked in information technology for 25 years at McDonnell Douglas Corporation and IBM.

Survived by his wife Joan, daughter Stacie Johnson with grandchildren Owen and Ethan, and multiple siblings and extended family members.

Illinois House of Representatives expresses condolences to his family and directs a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the Rencher family.
