Honors Illinois State University senior Tim Glover for his athletic career as a javelin thrower for the Redbirds track and field team.

Won two NCAA Division I National Championships in the javelin (2011 and 2012) and earned All-American honors.

Achieved multiple records including Missouri Valley Conference and Illinois State school records in the javelin, and qualified for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Track & Field Trials.

Named 2010-2011 ISU Athlete of the Year, USTFCCCA Male Field Athlete of the Year, and Most Outstanding Field Athlete at the 2012 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Tim Glover as an expression of respect and esteem.
