Congratulates Dan Osterman on his retirement after 25 years as executive director of Two Rivers YMCA in Moline.

Recognizes Osterman's 40-year career with the YMCA, beginning as a teenager volunteer in Morton and progressing through various positions including locker room attendant and maintenance worker starting in 1971.

Notes that under Osterman's leadership at Two Rivers YMCA (1987-present), membership grew from 3,400 to 11,700 members, with 275 employees and numerous programs.

Acknowledges Osterman's commitment to the YMCA's mission of promoting Christian principles through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Dan Osterman as an expression of respect and esteem.
