Church became Open and Affirming and selected Rev. Dr. Tasha M. Brown as its first African American pastor in September 2012

Church operated youth programs including Youth Outreach Services with Rev. Stan Davis and had Rev. Dr. Calvin Morris serve as associate pastor

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of the resolution to the church as an expression of the General Assembly's esteem and respect
