Recognizes Little Pony Eagle as believed to be the first true American Indian to graduate from an Alton public school and as a graduate of Shurtleff College with an engineering degree.

Honors his military service with the United States Army's 5th Bomber Command during World War II in the Pacific Theatre, where he earned 5 Bronze Stars and a Good Conduct Medal.

Notes his professional career as an engineer at McDonnell Douglas, where he worked on the Gemini Project in the 1960s, and his membership in Masonic organizations.

Directs presentation of the resolution to Little Pony Eagle's surviving family members, including his sisters, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
