Honors Ryan Pearce for his athletic accomplishments in track and field, football, and basketball at Villa Grove High School.

Recognizes his 7th grade wins in the 200-meter dash, shot put, and discus at the 2008 IESA 7A State Track Meet, and 2nd place finish in discus at the 2008 USATF National Junior Olympics in Omaha, Nebraska.

Acknowledges his state records in 8th grade (shot put 55'9.5" and discus 175'2") and his junior year state championship in discus at the 2011 IHSA 1A State Track Meet in Charleston.

Recognizes his 2012 record of 48 points scored in a single football game, breaking the Villa Grove High School record from 1955.

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of this resolution to Ryan Pearce as a symbol of the Illinois House's esteem and respect.
