Notes the publication's three locations: original location that burned in 1905, corner of West 5th and South Front Street in the People's State Bank Building, and current 2-story "Odd Fellows" building on Superior Street purchased in early 1940.

Acknowledges J. H. Mueller receiving the Golden Make-Up Rule in 1965 from the Illinois Press Association for over 50 years of service.
