Honors State Representative Charles W. "Chuck" Krezwick for his service in the Illinois House of Representatives and commitment to his community, state, and nation.

Recognizes Krezwick's military service in the U.S. Air Force from 1965 to 1969 and involvement with veterans organizations including American Legion Orland Memorial Post 111 and the Air Force Association.

Acknowledges his prior community service as a Calumet Park village trustee (1973-1977), acting mayor of Calumet Park (1979-1981), director of senior services for Calumet Township, and substitute teacher.

Credits Krezwick with passing legislation creating veterans license plate stickers with proceeds going to charity and legislation to ensure availability of amateur radio for public health and safety during emergencies.

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of the resolution to Representative Krezwick as an expression of respect and esteem.
