Honors Illinois State Representative Paul Evans for his service in the General Assembly representing the 102nd District and his commitment to constituents.

Evans holds a bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University and serves as principal attorney of Evans Law Firm.

Served as Zoning Hearing Officer for O'Fallon and New Baden, on the Metro-East Parks and Recreation District Board for 10 years, and helped found the O'Fallon Early Childhood Educational Foundation.

Passed legislation requiring the Department of Children and Family Services to release documents and records related to investigations of child life-threatening injuries or deaths, and sponsored bills strengthening child protection laws and reducing state fees.

Serves on the Human Services and Public Safety Appropriations Committees and remains an advocate for protecting children, disabled adults, and the elderly from abuse and harm.
