Adds Parkinson's disease to the list of conditions presumed to arise from firefighter, emergency medical technician (EMT), and paramedic employment under the Workers' Occupational Diseases Act.

Creates a rebuttable presumption that any health condition or impairment resulting from Parkinson's disease in firefighters, EMTs, or paramedics is causally connected to employment hazards and exposures.

Applies the presumption only to employees with at least 5 years of service at the time they file a workers' compensation claim.

Specifies that Workers' Compensation Commission findings under this rebuttable presumption are not admissible as evidence in subsequent disability claims under the Illinois Pension Code.

Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation of this provision without state reimbursement to local governments.
