Increases minimum liability insurance requirements for drivers whose licenses are revoked under Section 6-205 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, raising bodily injury limits from $20,000/$40,000 to $50,000/$100,000 per accident and property damage limits from $15,000 to $40,000.

Standard liability insurance limits remain $20,000/$40,000 for bodily injury and $15,000 for property damage for all other drivers.

Applies the increased insurance requirements to proof of financial responsibility, motor vehicle liability policies, and insurance policy bonds.

Designates the changes as "Devin's Law."

Takes effect January 1, 2012.
