Department of Corrections must provide monthly reports to the Governor and annual reports to the General Assembly detailing good conduct credit awards for meritorious service, including number of awardees, average credit awarded, holding offenses, and revocations.

Department must publish meritorious service good conduct credit reports on its website within 48 hours of transmitting them to the Governor and General Assembly.

Prisoners convicted of aggravated domestic battery committed on or after July 23, 2010 receive no more than 4.5 days of good conduct credit per month of imprisonment.

Prisoners serving sentences for aggravated driving under the influence committed on or after January 1, 2011 receive no more than 4.5 days of good conduct credit per month, with no eligibility for meritorious service credits.

Early release notification requirements maintained: Department must notify prosecutors at least 14 days before release and post inmate identification information online for one year after release.
