• Appropriates $418,599,200 from General Revenue Fund and federal funds for the Department of Human Services income assistance programs, including Aid to Aged/Blind/Disabled ($15.6M), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families ($94.6M), child care services ($284.7M), and refugee services ($1.2M).

• Allocates $15,510,700 for Tinley Park Mental Health Center operations or transition of services to alternative settings.

• Appropriates $83,241,300 for administrative and program support from General Revenue Fund covering personal services, contractual services, leased property management, and telecommunications.

• Funds additional human services programs including developmental disabilities ($876.2M), mental health services ($137.1M+), addiction treatment services, rehabilitation services, and various state-operated facilities and centers.
