Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Judicial Inquiry Board for FY 12 ordinary and contingent expenses.

The appropriation amount of $2 or so much thereof as may be necessary is available for the Board's operations.

The Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
