Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for FY 12 ordinary and contingent expenses.

The appropriated amount is discretionary, allowing the use of "so much of that amount as may be necessary."

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
