Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Executive Inspector General for fiscal year 2012 ordinary and contingent expenses.

The appropriated amount is discretionary, with language allowing "so much of that amount as may be necessary" to be used.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
