Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board for ordinary and contingent expenses.

The appropriation amount includes the phrase "or so much thereof as may be necessary," allowing flexibility in actual spending up to the stated limit.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
