Appropriates $58,385,100 total for the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, comprising $44,132,000 in General Funds, $2,077,500 in Other State Funds, and $12,175,600 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $877,500 from the Violence Prevention Fund for Authority operations including personal services ($510,100), employee retirement contributions ($174,400), group insurance ($122,900), and other administrative expenses.

Appropriates $1,200,000 from the Violence Prevention Fund for grants under the Violence Prevention Act of 1995.

Allocates $40,683,900 from the General Revenue Fund for violence prevention programs including the Neighborhood Recovery Initiative ($33,500,000), Safety Net Works program ($4,000,000), and other violence prevention grants.

Appropriates $16,293,700 from multiple funds including DHS Special Purposes Trust Fund and Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant Fund for sexual assault victim assistance, youth support programs, family violence prevention services, and rape prevention education.
