Amends the Airport Authorities Act by adding Section 8.16 to grant airport authorities power to invest in, plan, market, and support intermodal transportation within their service areas.

Authorizes airport authorities to provide financial capital support for construction or rehabilitation of bus, rail, or intermodal stations at or near airports.

Permits airport authorities to provide shuttle services from existing bus or rail stations to and from airports, and to provide financial operating support to intercity bus and train services.

Allows airport authorities to create marketing materials and websites for schedules of existing intercity bus and train services.

Requires airport authorities to submit federal grant applications for bus or rail services to the Department of Transportation for review and potential amendment to align with the Department's published plans, with a 30-day review period.

Mandates airport authorities submit plans for rail or bus projects to the local mass transit district board for input at least 90 days before services or projects commence.
