Eliminates requirement for Department of Corrections to submit confidential annual report to Governor identifying inmate gangs by name, population, allied gangs, and segregation measures of gang leaders.

Removes requirement for gang intelligence unit to file annual report to General Assembly on inmate gang population profile and gang-related activity within correctional institutions.

Removes requirement for Department to report to Director of Human Rights on sex, race, and national origin of persons employed at impact incarceration facilities by April 1st annually.

Modifies annual reporting requirement to General Assembly to specify Director must report on persons committed to Department, its institutions, facilities and programs, and moneys expended and received.

Makes reporting requirement for pilot residential and transition treatment program for women conditional only if the program is operational.
