Amends Section 12-8 of the Illinois Public Aid Code to expand the uses of the Public Assistance Emergency Revolving Fund

Adds new permitted use to provide immediate payment of fees to sheriffs, county clerks, and other public officials for serving process in child support actions and perfecting/releasing real property liens

Adds new permitted use to pay fees to state and local officials for processing Qualified Illinois Domestic Relations Orders

Expands fund reimbursement sources to include both the Child Support Enforcement Trust Fund and the Child Support Administrative Fund (previously only Child Support Enforcement Trust Fund)

Takes effect upon becoming law
