Authorizes the Secretary of State to issue Illinois Identification Cards and Disabled Person Identification Cards with the word "veteran" designated on the face, limited to military veterans only.

Requires the Secretary of State to inquire whether driver's license and identification card applicants are veterans beginning July 1, 2015, and to designate a space for a "veteran" designation upon applicant request.

Allows only persons discharged or separated under honorable conditions to receive the veteran designation on identification cards and driver's licenses.

Requires the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs to confirm an applicant's status as an honorably discharged veteran before the Secretary may issue the identification card or driver's license with the veteran designation.

Permits the Secretary of State to share social security numbers with the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs for the purpose of confirming veteran status.
