Regional Transportation Authority must provide Department of Public Health with a monthly list of all riders receiving free or reduced fares, including each rider's name, address, and date of birth.

Department of Public Health must review the monthly list and report back to the Regional Transportation Authority within 2 weeks with any discrepancies indicating a rider is deceased.

Regional Transportation Authority must take appropriate steps to remove deceased individuals' names from free or reduced fare program eligibility lists upon receiving the Department's report.
