Amends the Children's Health Insurance Program Act by deleting "dental services" from the definition of "coordinated care" and "care coordination" under Section 23.

Removes dental services from the list of services that integrated delivery systems are required to provide or arrange, which previously included primary care, referrals, diagnostic and treatment services, behavioral health, hospital services, and rehabilitation services.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
