Amends the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act to modify annual fees for community associations with 10 or more units that employ compensated managers and are registered as not-for-profit corporations.

Sets annual fee at $50 plus $1 per unit, with a maximum annual cap of $1,000 per community association.

Community associations failing to pay required fees are subject to penalties and procedures under Section 92 of the Act.

Adds new confidentiality provisions requiring the Department to maintain examination and investigation information as confidential, with exceptions for law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and lawful subpoenas.

Formal complaints and departmental orders against licensees are designated as public records.
