IL SB3288

Amends Section 3-5-2 of the Unified Code of Corrections (730 ILCS 5/3-5-2) regarding institutional records maintained by the Department of Corrections.

Makes a technical change to the language describing what records the Department shall maintain concerning examination, assignment, transfer, and discipline of committed persons.

Records must contain the names of persons involved, time, date, place, purpose of procedures, decisions and their basis, and any reviews of decisions made.
