Amends Section 1-1 of the Criminal Code of 1961 to change the short title language from "This Act shall be known and may be cited as the 'Criminal Code of 1961'" to "This Act shall be known and may be cited as the 'Criminal Code of 1961'" (technical language adjustment).

Amends Section 5-1-22 of the Unified Code of Corrections to make a technical change to the definition of "victim" by referencing the meaning ascribed to "crime victim" in the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act.

Contains only technical and grammatical corrections with no substantive policy changes to criminal law or corrections procedures.
