Allows retired police officers to accept temporary employment for up to 75 working days in a calendar year without being considered as re-entering active service.

Specifies that any partial day of temporary employment counts as a full working day toward the 75-day limit.

Prohibits employee contributions and creditable service time accrual during temporary employment periods for both retired police officers and firefighters.

Extends the same temporary employment provisions (75 working days maximum, no service credit accrual) to retired firefighters.
