IL SB3382

Amends Senate Bill 3382 to add effective date limitations to provisions regarding economic development areas.

Restricts application of tax increment financing provisions to school districts located in economic development areas established or extended on or after the effective date of this amendatory act.

Adds temporal qualifiers to provisions addressing extended economic development agreements, limiting them to agreements entered into on or after the effective date of this amendatory act.

Applies new restrictions to multiple sections of the underlying bill, with identical effective date requirements repeated across provisions on pages 3, 8, 11, 16, and 22.
