Amends Section 5-21 of the School Code regarding gifts, grants, donations, and legacies for schools and libraries.

Makes a technical correction by removing duplicate language ("The" appears twice in the original text).

Confirms that township school trustees may receive gifts, grants, donations, and legacies for school or library use within their jurisdiction.

Specifies that when township school trustees no longer exist, school districts automatically gain title to all school buildings and school sites previously held by those trustees and have authority to convey such property.
