IL SB3405

Requires every public school district and registered nonpublic school to make immunization data publicly available on or before December 1 of each year.

Defines "publicly available" to include electronic posting on a school district's website or notices sent by U.S. postal service to parents or guardians.

Mandates that immunization data made publicly available must be identical to the data reported to the State Board of Education by November 15.

Effective January 1, 2013.
