Amends Section 14-8 of the Illinois Public Aid Code regarding hospital services reimbursement payments under the Hospital Services Trust Fund.

Extends hospital services payments required under Title 89, Part 148 of the Illinois Administrative Code that were set to expire in State fiscal year 2012, keeping them in effect through State fiscal year 2014 at the rates effective July 1, 2011.

Applies to all participating hospitals except county providers, University of Illinois Hospital Act licensed hospitals, and facilities operated by the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
