Court may order self-employed parents who are 90 or more days delinquent in child support payments to deposit up to 180 days of support obligation with the circuit court clerk as security.

Clerk of court holds deposited amount as security and disburses funds to the obligee as support payments become due.

Applies when parent is either 90+ days delinquent in payments or has been adjudicated in arrears for 90+ days of support obligations.
