• Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to extend hospital services payments that were set to expire in State fiscal year 2012 for hospitals operated by Adventist Midwest Health through State fiscal year 2014.

• Maintains payment rates for Adventist Midwest Health hospitals at the levels effective July 1, 2011 throughout the extended period.

• Applies to payments required under Title 89, Part 148 of the Illinois Administrative Code.

• Takes effect July 1, 2012.
