Amends the Cannabis Control Act to add "public park" as a defined term including parks, forest preserves, and conservation areas under state or local government jurisdiction.

Extends enhanced criminal penalties for unlawful cannabis delivery to include delivery in public parks, on public park property, or within 1,000 feet of public park boundaries.

Applies the same penalty structure as school-zone deliveries, with Class 1-4 felony charges and Class A misdemeanor charges depending on the amount of cannabis delivered.

Specifies that penalties apply whether delivery occurs in the park itself, on park real property, on public ways within 1,000 feet of the park, or in park-related conveyances.
