Amends the Illinois Procurement Code Section 50-30 concerning revolving door prohibitions for state procurement officials.

Makes a technical change by replacing "and and" with "and" in the text describing prohibited personnel (chief procurement officers, state purchasing officers, procurement compliance monitors, and executive officers confirmed by the Senate).

Maintains the existing 2-year prohibition on former procurement officials engaging in procurement activities with their most recently employing state agency.

Keeps the prohibition scope including lobbying, bidding, proposing bid or contract documents on their own behalf or for any firm, partnership, association, or corporation.

Applies only to persons who terminate affected positions on or after January 15, 1999, with employment of former state employees remaining subject to the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act.
