Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act to add Section 404.2 regarding integrative family therapy in dissolution of marriage cases involving minor children.

Allows courts to order parties and minor children to participate in integrative family therapy when the court finds substantial or ongoing conflict related to custody or visitation, children are at risk of developing pathological conditions like depression or anxiety, and therapy would serve the children's best interests.

Court may determine the parties involved, duration, frequency, therapist selection, and other conditions for the integrative family therapy.

Protects confidentiality by prohibiting facts and reports from integrative family therapy sessions from being used in pending or subsequent court actions unless parties agree in writing.

Requires fees and costs of integrative family therapy to be borne by the parties, with the court determining an equitable cost allocation.
