Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act to require all persons filing statements of economic interests to disclose the name of any immediate family member who is a registered lobbyist.

Defines "immediate family member" to include spouse, parent, child, stepchild, adopted child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, and grandchild.

Adds a new item (item 6 in Section 4A-102 and item 9 in the statement forms in Sections 4A-103 and 4A-104) requiring disclosure of immediate family members who are registered lobbyists.

Updates the standard statement of economic interests forms filed with the Secretary of State and county clerks to include the new disclosure requirement.
