IL SB3685

Adds Jujutsu and Kyuki-Do to the definition of "martial arts" disciplines regulated under the Boxing and Full-contact Martial Arts Act.

Expands the exemption for amateur martial arts contests to explicitly include Jujutsu and Kyuki-Do competitions that are not defined as full-contact martial arts.

Clarifies that amateur martial arts contests in these disciplines may be conducted without Department authorization, consistent with other non-full-contact martial arts exemptions.

Maintains existing requirements that professional contests and full-contact martial arts competitions require Department authorization and compliance with state regulations.
