IL SB3721

Prohibits county boards from charging fees for emergency or rescue services provided by county fire departments to non-residents of the county.

Prohibits townships from charging fees for emergency or rescue services provided by township fire departments to non-residents of the township, while preserving the ability to charge reasonable fees for technical rescue services.

Prohibits municipal corporate authorities from charging fees for emergency or rescue services provided by municipal fire departments to non-residents of the municipality.

Becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
