Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act (430 ILCS 65/1) to make a technical grammatical correction in the legislative declaration section.

Corrects redundant language by removing one instance of the word "that" in Section 1's opening statement.

Maintains the existing legislative purpose: establishing a system to identify persons not qualified to acquire or possess firearms, firearm ammunition, stun guns, and tasers in Illinois.

Preserves the Act's goal of enabling law enforcement to identify individuals prohibited from acquiring firearms and ammunition under the Criminal Code of 1961 and the Act itself.
