Amends the Wildlife Code to require the Director of Natural Resources to establish an additional 3-day shotgun, handgun, or muzzleloading rifle season for counties at or north of Interstate I-88 with deer herds affected by chronic wasting disease.

Authorizes the Director to establish an additional 3-day shotgun, handgun, or muzzleloading rifle season for counties south of Interstate I-88 where the Director determines a significant number of deer herds are affected by chronic wasting disease.

Maintains existing provisions for legal handguns (.30 caliber or larger with 4-inch minimum barrel and 500 foot-pounds of muzzle energy) and prohibits full metal jacket bullets for deer harvest.

Preserves existing deer hunting seasons including the standard 14-day firearm season (November 1 - December 31), 2-day youth-only season (September 1 - October 31), bow and arrow season (September 1 - January 31), and muzzleloading rifle season.
