Amends Section 505 of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act regarding child support determination and enforcement.

Makes a technical correction by removing duplicate language ("the" appears twice) in subsection (a) concerning child support proceedings following dissolution of marriage.

Maintains existing child support guidelines, enforcement mechanisms including contempt penalties, income withholding, driver's license suspension, and asset discovery procedures.

Preserves provisions for calculating net income deductions, establishing support obligations, and requiring obligors to report employment changes and address updates to the court.
