Amends Section 3-634 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding Illinois Fire Fighters' Memorial license plates

Charges a $27 fee for original plate issuance ($15 to Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund, $12 to Illinois Fire Fighters' Memorial Fund) and $17 for renewals ($2 to Special License Plate Fund, $15 to Memorial Fund)

Designates Memorial Fund proceeds for maintaining the Illinois Fire Fighters' Memorial, holding annual commemoration ceremonies, and providing scholarships to children and spouses of firefighters killed in the line of duty

Allows up to 10% of annual Memorial Fund proceeds for Illinois Fire Fighter Museum exhibits and maintenance, with the 10% limit waivable for emergency structural repairs upon approval by a majority of the Illinois Fire Fighters Memorial Foundation
