Appropriates $13,238,000 to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, payable from multiple dedicated funds.

Allocates $3,191,100 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for operations including personal services ($1,547,600), retirement contributions ($587,900), group insurance ($391,000), and contractual services ($370,600).

Allocates $40,000 from the Police Training Board Services Fund for law enforcement intern training services.

Allocates $350,000 from the Death Certificate Surcharge Fund for death investigation services and $60,000 from the Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund for grants to local units of government for video camera installation and officer training.

Appropriates $9,596,900 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for grants-in-aid to reimburse training and training services, with the Act taking effect July 1, 2012.
