Appropriates $23,588,008 total for the Historic Preservation Agency for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, consisting of $15,696,300 from General Revenue Fund and $7,891,708 from other state funds.

Allocates funds across agency divisions including Executive Office ($1,292,600), Preservation Services ($501,600), Building and Grounds Maintenance ($839,800), Historic Sites Division ($5,576,700), and Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum ($11,250,000).

Includes $150,000 from Illinois Historic Sites Fund for historic preservation awards and grants and reappropriates $277,808 in unexpended funds from prior appropriations for the same purpose.

Provides $250,000 from Illinois Historic Sites Fund for Administrative Services division costs for Union Station, Old State Capitol, and Old Journal Register Building operations.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
