Appropriates $10,912,100 total for Department of Labor ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, comprised of $5,657,300 in General Funds, $664,700 in Other State Funds, and $4,590,100 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $5,657,300 from General Revenue Fund for department operations including personal services ($4,611,800), social security contributions ($357,000), contractual services ($265,800), travel ($174,800), telecommunications ($125,300), and other expenses.

Appropriates $1,590,100 from Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund for occupational safety and health administration state program costs for public sector worksites.

Appropriates $2,970,000 from Federal Industrial Services Fund for Occupational Safety and Health Administration Program administrative and other expenses, including refunds and prior year costs.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
