Funds major departmental divisions including Child Protection ($98,453,500 General Funds), Child Welfare ($70,976,100 General Funds), and Purchase of Service Monitoring ($33,029,200 General Funds)

Allocates $458,729,200 in General Funds and $387,450,800 from DCFS Children's Services Fund for Regional Offices grants-in-aid covering foster care, adoption services, counseling, and family preservation services

Provides funding for administrative functions including Central Administration ($15,490,100), Budget and Finance ($38,323,800), and Clinical Services ($7,997,500)

Takes effect July 1, 2012
