Appropriates $1,846,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for operational expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012

Appropriates $60,000 from the Agricultural Premium Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for all costs associated with the Rural Affairs Council, including grants and administrative expenses

Appropriates $50,000 from the Lieutenant Governor's Grant Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to be expended in accordance with the terms and conditions of receipt and the powers and duties of the office

Total appropriation is $1,956,000 across all three funding sources

Act takes effect July 1, 2012
